NGC Eco Club Activities:
On the occasion of World Environment Day i.e. 5th June, a rally was conduced with NGC Eco club members as to propagate the impotence of protecting our environment.
Children of NGC Eco Clubs, prepares clay Ganesh idols and distributes to village people as to propagate the hazards of ‘Plaster of Paris’ among youth and other people.
Children of NGC Eco Clubs performs a main role in planting trees on the occasion of “Telanganaku Haritha Haram” a flagship programme of Telangana Government.
In the year 2019-20 a programme of “Quit Single Use Plastic” was taken in our school as to propagate the hazards of the single use plastic. NGC Eco Club members conducted several programmes with other children as they not to use single use plastic material like, plastic covers, chocolate rapers, biscuit covers and to understand about recycle of unused plastic material like pens, boxes, plastic chairs and tables etc.
Children of NGC Eco Club maintains the schools primicis clean as the part of “Swatch Bharath and Swatch Patashala”.
NGC Eco Club Children and Grama Panchayath officials together prepared a rain water harvesting pit as to know the importance of water recharging and increasing the ground water.
Natural colors preparation workshop conducted through NGC Eco Clubs as the know the hazards of chemical colors which are being used in Holy Festival. Natural colors from flowers, Red Cabbage, Beet Root and other material used in preparation of natural colors.
